Atlanta police are investigating a double shooting that has left one man dead off of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.
Investigators told Channel 2′s Ryan Young the shooting happened about a mile away from where police found the car.
Police told Young the men drove to the location where police found the car because the men saw an officer there and asked for help.
Both men had been shot. One of those men has since died. The other man was taken to an area hospital and is said to be in critical condition.
Crime scene investigators are at the scene collecting evidence. There is no word at this point on the status of the shooter.
